Module 4: Racing When Things Go Wrong
How to adapt when the race stops matching the plan — whether through pacing errors, nutrition issues, heavy legs, weather, or other disruptions.
Module 5: Post-Race Recovery and Reset
How to review races more accurately, process missed goals or underperformance more constructively, and reset after the emotional drop that can follow a hard event.
