I provide individual counselling to adolescents and adults for most common psychological issues including:

With counselling, I use a range of cognitive and behavioural therapies (CBT) to help people work through their problems. CBT is a well established and evidence based intervention and works by identifying faulty thinking styles and the behaviours that are causing you problems. CBT also helps with managing emotions that are also linked to the behaviours for which you are seeking support for. CBT is a short term problem solving intervention and has been found to be very effective for the treatment of most psychological problems.
