Self-Paced, Private Online AOD Program you can Start Today.

The Wagon is a psychologist-developed, online, video-based alcohol and other drug (AOD) psychoeducation program for adults who want to change their alcohol or drug use.

Is The Wagon Right For Me?

The Wagon may be a good fit if you want a private, structured, self-paced online program to help you understand your alcohol or drug use and build practical skills for change.

People often choose The Wagon if they want:

A Deeper Understanding of Your Substance Use

A clearer understanding of when, why and how alcohol or other drugs show up in your life, and what keeps the cycle going.

Tools for Managing Urges and Cravings

Practical strategies to ride out cravings and impulses, so you’re not relying on willpower alone.

Ways of Responding to Unhelpful Thoughts and Emotions

Skills for handling unhelpful thinking, shame, stress and difficult emotions in a more workable way, rather than getting pulled back into old patterns.

Relational Awareness and Communication Tools

A better sense of how substance use can affect relationships, plus practical communication ideas to help reduce conflict and navigate relationship challenges.

A More Helpful Way of Responding to Lapses

A structured, compassionate approach to lapses, so a slip doesn’t automatically become a full return to old patterns.

A Written Relapse Prevention Plan

A simple, practical plan for early warning signs and high-risk moments, including clear if–then actions you can use when things are tough.
